The HELIX CNC Machine Services Division brings together experienced CNC service engineers, maintenance supervisors and sales engineers in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam – servicing, installing and supplying CNC and conventional machines for workshops, fabricators and manufacturers across the Kingdom.

Do you overhaul old conventional machines?

Yes. We repair and overhaul all conventional machines – lathes, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, shaping, slotting, gear-cutting, sawing and metal-forming machines – including gearboxes, spindles, guideways and hydraulics.

Can an old CNC machine be upgraded instead of replaced?

Often, yes. A CNC retrofit replaces the control, drives and electrical system so a mechanically sound machine can run like new at a lower cost than buying a new machine.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes. Our AMC packages include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, accuracy checks and priority breakdown response.
